Straightaway, we were met with Selma. The most wonderful girl at the reception desk. She gave us the most wonderful welcome, upgrade, always helpful during our entire stay and genuinely made what started as a bad trip, completely different as soon as we stepped into the hotel. The hotel was gorgeous and clean.

Excellent hotel, very near of everything, good breakfast. The only problem was the parking; it's almost impossible to stop in from of hotel to do check-in and the hotel should explain earlier the parking location, it was a CAOS! The parking is about 200m from the hotel, but you need to go to hotel, stop on the crazy street were is impossible to stop, to get a paper to go parking. This was the only stress and difficulty we had.

Great location easy walk to skanderburg sq, Rooms facing the street can be a little noisy, good bathroom shower, room and bed , aircon was hit and miss , the room was far too hot at times and system locked so unable to cool down , tv only had Netflix, no tv channels worked , asked about this and said they’d have a look . on an evening it can be very smoky when walking into the hotel , chain smokers in the bar, breakfast was made To order so could be busy at times

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Boutique Vila 135. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Skanderbeg Square and many of Tirana's main attractions, restaurants, and cafés. The room was modern, very clean, and comfortable, with a great bed and a spacious bathroom. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions or recommendations. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a good selection to start the day. The hotel has a nice café and restaurant downstairs, which is convenient after a day of exploring the city. A tip for future travellers: if you're a light sleeper, you may prefer a room at the back of the hotel, as rooms facing the main road can sometimes be affected by traffic noise. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money, a fantastic central location, and friendly service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tirana.

Mi crítica es por la gestión nefasta del manager del hotel. Cuando llegamos a nuestra habitación (23h) únicamente disponía de una cama, cuando en la reserva claramente indicaba que éramos dos adultos y un menor. En teoría debería haber habido un sofá cama...pero ni rastro...cuando hablamos con la persona de recepción nos dijo que no podía hacer nada...tras instarlo a que llamará al mánager. Se limitó a contestar que tras la conversación con él, esperaramos a mañana (claramente sabían que nosotros marchábamos al día siguiente!!!)...tuvimos que dormir los tres en una cama, tras el desayuno (muy bueno por cierto) nos fuimos ya del hotel. El manager nunca aparecio ni tampoco disculpa alguna...
