8/10 Very good

Everything was very clean and nice, room was really big but for the price we paid maybe a breakfast of some sort could have been included. The timer in the bathroom would kick if you shower too long, making the room all black, so shower fast!

Our trip was amazing to Nashville, but Dolly Parton’s hotel topped it all. It was a very unique experience. They treated us like royalty. I would highly recommend this hotel. We will return.

8/10 Very good

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and designed very nicely. We stayed at the four seasons the night before and can say that the rooms at the songteller are nicer and more lavishly appointed. We only gave it 4 stars though because it’s very very sleepy. If that’s what you are looking for out of Nashville, 5 stars across the board for sure. Also, it’s only a month old, and it was apparent that the staff, thought very wonderful, were not fully trained yet
