The staff were very good and the breakfast was also very good. Room 7 was not suitable for a couple, the bed was too small and the shower very difficult to use. The hotel gardens and decking require a lot of maintenance.

I stayed at the OYO Hotel in Hastings last year, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the stay more enjoyable. The breakfast was good and had enough options to start the day right. However, the hotel could benefit from some updates, as certain areas felt a bit dated. Despite that, I had a comfortable stay and would definitely consider coming back again in the future.

The curtain rail was broken revealing the full site of the room from indoors and outdoor personnel. There was no privacy and I was unable to sleep. The management staff would not issue a refund despite the fact I didn’t sleep all night and I wasn’t well and they failed to change the accommodation. It is clear that the maintance man for the hotel does not carry out regular repairs this in itself as a health and safety issue, the advert of this hotel is in effect in breach of health and safety regulations. I respectfully request a refund.

Nice hotel, friendly and efficient staff, breakfast and dinner nice, only minor complaint was it was a bit noisy during the night asuming this was due to people using the shared bathroom, we had an enduite which was large with an nice view over the garden.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The facilities have been refurbished and offers a bar and restaurant with delicious food. It was a lovely quiet stay within walking distance of the gardens in St Leonard’s as well as Hastings and the old town. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.
