This was mine and my family's first trip to Puerto Rico and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. The property itself is located in such an amazing location. Walking distance to the beach, surrounded by restaurants and bars and overall engulfed in the pure essence of the culture there. The website does it minimal justice, you have to see it for yourself. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I plan to stay here again on our next trip to Puerto Rico.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Puerto Rico! The staff was awesome, very attentive, helpful, and made me feel welcomed the entire time. Overall, you get what you pay for. Saw a sewer roach in our kitchen suite. Place is located in a great area in Santurce. Night life is good but finding parking is difficult. Got a hidden $25 fee after Expedia claimed to have all expenses covered so be weary. Showers are very crammed and have a lot of water spill out. I’d say 3/5 rating. Recommended for those who want to save money on a trip, don’t expect the best.
