可もなく不可もなく普通のビジネスホテル。フロントの対応はとても良いが清掃スタッフがまるでダメ、中に入って欲しくないから風呂だけで他はノータッチと言ってるのに中に入る。触るなと言ったら触るな。基本だろ今回は友達の不幸での滞在、チェックインも遅かったり通夜で戻らなかったりした。色んな客が居る、清掃時ノックしてるから返事してるが聞こえてない、ならばノックの意味は？部屋に居るのがわからないシステムか？その辺は本当に酷かった寝てるのに隣で清掃うるさいし最悪

もう2度と宿泊することは無い

従業員の接客に違和感を覚えた。部屋のゴミが捨てられていなかったので、フロントに報告すると、『ゴミ箱に入っていないと回収はしない』と電話口から高圧的な口調で、一方的に罵倒された。明らかにゴミだと分かるように、部屋の中にまとめておいただろう。形式的な謝罪さえも無かった。外出する際に、ルームキーをフロントに預けるときも、無愛想で雰囲気の悪い対応。あなたたちはサービス業に従事しているのではないの？社員教育は実施されていますか？朝食のメニューは新型コロナ対策で、トレー形式での提供。和食と洋食の2種類あるが、 1週間、メニューが全く同じ。食べる身にもなって下さいよ。少しでも変化を付けようよ。 3年後、このホテルが営業を続けられていることを祈ってます。マスクを1枚いただき、誠にありがとうございました。
