The citizen M app has so many bugs that it is practically not working. We had a few bookings in total. When u go into one to change guest details, first they don’t save it and second, all ur other bookings disappear. Also on the day where u can remote check in, it also doesn’t work.
I didn’t find the staff friendly, not rude though. We asked which of the rooms have breakfast and they managed to give us the wrong info.
The room itself was ok. Uses a tablet to control settings as a gimmick. The temp control is non existent. U can crank it up to 28C and the room was still freezing.
U can’t change ur preference for having room cleaning service or not if it’s on the day of. Which no one mentioned. But it won’t matter cuz even if u choose u didn’t want room cleaning, light or full service, they still do a light service for u. Which kinda defeats the purpose of being environmentally friendly.
Breakfast was simple but practical enough. Coffee was good.
Overall good location, 2 min walk to food street, not noisy, high tech gimmick if u like that kinda thing, not for the IT-incompetent, price is reasonable, and easy to get grab if u want to travel elsewhere.
