Resort exceeded my expectations It’s clean and the entire staff was super friendly and helpful My only one suggestion, is to bring some tip money. I don’t see anyone tipping. The staff works extra hard in the restaurants , bars and beaches. And The staff will work extra hard to help you with any need.

This property was absolutely amazing. I have not a single complaint. The check in staff was superb. I believe his name was Emmanuel and he was very helpful very accommodating and explained everything in complete detail. This was my very first time ever staying in an all inclusive and everything from the comfy beds to the many selections of food and drinks was top notch. Let’s not forget the 3 pools and the beach. Waters were so warm. The swim up bar was amazing. I definitely recommend and would stay here again.

I had stop visiting this hotel due to terrible conditions under the old management. Under the new management, all levels of service have drastically changed for the better. I especially enjoyed the great service of Maria and Veronica by the beach. I also recommend the daily buffet with excellent choices. The two restaurants need major improvements.

Amazing. Been coming here way before it was renovated and I have to say they did an amazing job. It’s practically unrecognizable from the old hamaca. It’s so beautiful and modern now. Clean and enjoyable. I want to give a shoutout to Yohana, chief concierge. She was extremely helpful, kind, and attentive and made sure our stay went smoothly and periodically checked on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Yohana, you’re awesome!
