Good location, helpful staff, and clean rooms with hot water. However a loud hotel and can hear everything happening as well as light from hall entering room at night making it very bright. Breakfast was fine but a decent packed breakfast given to us before 5am for machu picchu departure.

Our stay at Inkary Hotel in Aguas Calientes was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely taken care of and Yenifer made the entire experience unforgettable. She is truly the most amazing host: warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. You can tell she loves what she does, and it shows in every detail. In the morning we were treated to fresh, homemade papaya, orange or pineapple juice that was out of this world, the perfect start before heading out to explore. It’s those thoughtful, personal touches that really set this place apart. After our trip to Machu Picchu, they went above and beyond by bringing our bags directly to the train station for us. That level of service made everything seamless and stress-free. If I could live here, I absolutely would. Inkary doesn’t just feel like a hotel, it feels like home. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

Logo de cara, infelizmente tivemos uma decepção com o quarto apresentado. Ele era bem diferente das fotos do site. Por ser o último quarto do corredor, não batia luz natural alguma. Ao caminhar pelo hotel, pude notar que outras acomodações eram melhores e mais próximas das fotos do site. O chuveiro era dificil de manusear, hora ficando muito quente, hora muito gelado. A torneira do banheiro tinha uma vazão ruim de água. A cama era ok, não era super confortável mas também não era ruim. O que realmente salva o hotel é a equipe de funcionários. Extremamente atenciosos o tempo todo. O café da manhã era simples, sem muita variação, mas tinham frutas boas, os pães eram gostosos, o ovo mexido era feito na hora e os sucos eram naturais. O hotel no geral, atende de forma razoável às expectativas. Sua localização é otima, proxima ao ponto de onibus que leva ao Machu Picchu, além de ser em uma rua repleta de restaurantes, cafés e mercados. Mas realmente esperávamos mais da acomodação, conforme as fotos foram apresentadas no site.

Very disappointed that this hotel is always give a wrong promise. They fail to provide hot shower and keep lying to us. No hot shower problem have already existed for more than 2 weeks but they don't solve it. Continuing lying to the clients they have water bank problem and tell hot water will be ready for 15 and 15 and 15 minutes but never arrive.

As acomodações do Inkary Hotel foram extremamente insatisfatórias. Começando pelo quarto, que, além de ter cheiro de mofo, era gelado, sem nenhum aquecimento e sem nenhum isolamento acústico. As toalhas, impossíveis de serem usadas, cheiravam a formol (sim, formol, aquele produto usado na fixação de cadáveres, peças de biópsia e escova progressiva). O minúsculo banheiro foi um espetáculo à parte: inúmeros fios de cabelo espalhados pelos azulejos e pelo chão, sem janelas, sem ventilação forçada (exaustor) e pasmem: chuveiro totalmente gelado, em uma época com temperaturas entre 7 e 8°C. Único ponto positivo foi a equipe presente local, muito solícita, mas restrita às limitações do hotel (ou hostel ou o que quer que seja). Se vierem a Machu Pichu, não fiquem nesta acomodação, a não ser que queiram estragar a viagem de vocês. Graças a Deus ficamos somente uma noite.

Es un hotel solamente para dormir antes de ir subir a machu picchu. Destaco la cortesia y amabilidad de Mari la persona que nos hizo el check inn, es un 10 de 10. El hotel está muy bien ubicado y la relación precio calidad es muy aceptable Lo negativo es que el cuarto, solamente tiene una silla y perchero. Aparte que en nuestra habitación se escuchaba todo pero bueno era dormir descansar pocas horas porque al día siguiente teníamos que despertar 530 am
