This was a great place to stay in San Juan. The staff was wonderful. The room was clean and just as stated. The coffee was excellent every morning!! I would definitely stay here again. It's an old building with all the modern convince!! It's also within walking distance or a short Uber ride to all the local Old San Juan attractions.

The Casa was an excellent choice to stay in the heart of Old San Juan. The room was lovely and spacious. I had to request the room to be cleaned on the Saturday but only the bathroom was done and the bed was not made. I thing there was a different cleaner at the weekend. During the week the was done properly. I would recommend and I would return. Beautiful house.

BEAUTIFUL HOME AWAY FROM HOME!! We highly recommend this gorgeous place right in the middle of Old San Juan. Everything is in walking distance. The charm of this place can’t be beaten. From calming music as you enter, a relaxing rooftop, other beautiful sitting areas, delicious coffee in the morning, and also modern shower and bath facilities, you will absolutely not be disappointed. It was immaculate and easy to access.

Very pretty property with an old town feel. There are NO elevators for 2nd and 3rd floors, so be prepared for dragging your bags up stairs. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Their plumbing definitely needs an upgrade. We were quite surprised to have a note in our bathroom, saying not to flush toilet paper! We would suggest to the management for the coffee bar to add fresh creamer. There is a small kitchen with a refrigerator and that would be a wonderful way to give guests a little something nicer for coffee (instead of a powder) There is a very cool indoor pool area on the bottom floor. It is private and warm. We were able to walk everywhere from the location. Very centrally located to restaurants, bars, shopping, and points of interest.

Casa Lucienne is a very cool place! It’s right in the middle of Old San Juan and is convenient to all of the restaurants, bars, and shops, not to mention El Morro and other historical sites. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are comfortable. The rooms have a very cool charm, and there are great extras like a small indoor pool and rooftop terrace to hang out on. The location is very busy, so it’s not great for parking, but it’s ideal if you want to be right in the middle of it all! Highly recommended!

Highly recommend! Absolutely loved the home and our room. Loved the open shower. I cant say enough, we will definately be back. beauty, historical, romantic, and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Lucienne. The building and room were gorgeous. What a unique little place to stay with so many decorative accents and features. The staff was super friendly as well. Unfortunately I can't give them 5 stars as the hot water in our shower was broken our entire stay. The lady at the desk did sent a plumber to look at it but unfortunately he went to the wrong room and then left and wasn't available to come back until after our departure. The AC unit also leaked the entire time creating a puddle on the floor. Despite these annoyances we still really enjoyed our stay and hope they fix these issues for future guests.

Gorgeous building and decor. Very quiet for the area while still close to all the bars and restaurants. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly and professional. The room was beautiful but no place to hang clothes. We also wanted to have breakfast on our last day but there was no one around unfortunately. We did request housekeeping which was great. Would still stay here again and recommend!

My gf and I stayed here for the Bad Bunny concert, we got the apartment option so it was separate but right next to the hotel with our own entrance. Overall location is convenient, walkable to all things Viejo San Juan, lots of restaurants nearby. While it’s located near everything it is separate enough to not get a lot of foot traffic, so it’s nice and quiet and I didn’t have any safety concerns. I loved the theme of our room it was stocked with the regular essentials. Since it is Viejo San Juan there is not the best air conditioner and the room can get a little humid. The room had an air conditioner installed but it stayed at about 25º c / 77º f. They do have fans so it helps however our paper tickets and passports became soggy. The apartment had a kitchenette which was functional, they stocked it again with all the essentials as well. Only recommendations I would make are a better mattress for the bed and small black out curtains for the windows at the top of the doors. The room doesn’t stay dark as the sun rises and if you need complete darkness to stay asleep this is inconvenient. The actual hotel is beautiful as well, 4 floors including a basement and a rooftop area. There is an indoor pool. They have the absolute best coffee we have ever tried made by Kaylin. She was the staff we interacted the most with and she is very kind and welcoming. Highly recommend would love to stay again when we come back :)
