Casa Lucienne was perfect to unwind and relax. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and peaceful. Julian took excellent care of us and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location is fantastic—within walking distance of so many great restaurants, shops, and attractions, making it easy to explore San Juan. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return!

Loved staying here. It was centrally located in Old San Juan and was walking distance to most things we wanted to check out in this area. The hotel was excellent with beautiful architecture, clean facilities, and friendly staff. It was also perfect for a couples vacation as it felt appropriately secluded, romantic, and peaceful being a smaller, adults-only hotel.

All services were great with the exception of being able to reach housekeeping from 8am-12pm. This is a great location if you plan on staying in old San Juan which is near the beaches, La placita, great restaurant, and much more. Staff were also great, friendly, and helpful.

Fantastic stay in heart of Viejo San Juan. Everything about this house is magical and my room (Lucienne Suite) exceeded my expectations. The staff was very accommodating and I enjoyed every bit of my experience. Will definitely stay here again. Heads up: this is an old house with three flights of steep stairs and no elevator, so not the most accessible for some.

This was a great place to stay in San Juan. The staff was wonderful. The room was clean and just as stated. The coffee was excellent every morning!! I would definitely stay here again. The Casa was an excellent choice to stay in the heart of Old San Juan. The room was lovely and spacious. I had to request the room to be cleaned on the Saturday but only the bathroom was done and the bed was not made. I thing there was a different cleaner at the weekend. During the week the was done properly. I would recommend and I would return. Beautiful house.

BEAUTIFUL HOME AWAY FROM HOME!! We highly recommend this gorgeous place right in the middle of Old San Juan. Everything is in walking distance. The charm of this place can’t be beaten. From calming music as you enter, a relaxing rooftop, other beautiful sitting areas, delicious coffee in the morning, and also modern shower and bath facilities, you will absolutely not be disappointed. It was immaculate and easy to access.

Casa Lucienne is a very cool place! It’s right in the middle of Old San Juan and is convenient to all of the restaurants, bars, and shops, not to mention El Morro and other historical sites. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are comfortable. The rooms have a very cool charm, and there are great extras like a small indoor pool and rooftop terrace to hang out on. The location is very busy, so it’s not great for parking, but it’s ideal if you want to be right in the middle of it all! Highly recommended!

Highly recommend! Absolutely loved the home and our room. Loved the open shower. I cant say enough, we will definately be back. beauty, historical, romantic, and peaceful. Very pretty property with an old town feel. There are NO elevators for 2nd and 3rd floors, so be prepared for dragging your bags up stairs. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Their plumbing definitely needs an upgrade. We were quite surprised to have a note in our bathroom, saying not to flush toilet paper! We would suggest to the management for the coffee bar to add fresh creamer. There is a small kitchen with a refrigerator and that would be a wonderful way to give guests a little something nicer for coffee (instead of a powder) There is a very cool indoor pool area on the bottom floor. It is private and warm. We were able to walk everywhere from the location. Very centrally located to restaurants, bars, shopping, and points of interest.

Gorgeous building and decor. Very quiet for the area while still close to all the bars and restaurants. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly and professional. The room was beautiful but no place to hang clothes. We also wanted to have breakfast on our last day but there was no one around unfortunately. We did request housekeeping which was great. Would still stay here again and recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Lucienne. The building and room were gorgeous. What a unique little place to stay with so many decorative accents and features. The staff was super friendly as well. Unfortunately I can't give them 5 stars as the hot water in our shower was broken our entire stay. The lady at the desk did sent a plumber to look at it but unfortunately he went to the wrong room and then left and wasn't available to come back until after our departure. The AC unit also leaked the entire time creating a puddle on the floor. Despite these annoyances we still really enjoyed our stay and hope they fix these issues for future guests.
