Worst accomodation experience ever.

This was easily the worst accommodation experience I had in my life. The bedroom itself wasn't that awful, but the furniture was run down and you could see how cheap the admin is. To the level of broken toilet seat fixed with ducktape. The bidet also had some silvertape to its corners. Not very clean at all. Apart from this, there's a bar on the floor level that will play music until 3 am every night to the point where your walls will shake and you won't sleep. I was also overcharged on the tourist tax for my daughter which is 13 - tax is applied to 14s and on. The area is nice, though. Avoid!

Apartment on hill slope

The apartment was comfortable but not very clean as there were food stains on the stoves and the towels looked old. The main setback was the apartment was located on a hilly area and hence, it was very tiring to climb up the slopes early in the morning after travelling overnight for 10 hours, plus having to drag our luggage. In addition, the entrance to the apartment looked like along a back alley which was quite messy. There was no space for us to rest in the building while waiting for another few hours to pass to be able to check in. This apartment is NOT suitable for families or older people but can be a popular place for young hikers.

Great apartment

Great apartment, check in is very innovative and you won’t be dependent on the arrival time, contacting owners for getting keys, calling to arrange meeting and other headache that you usually experience renting an apartment. Be careful parking the car in the streets in Lisbon, though. We got window broken and the luggage was stolen from the car!

Non mi è piaciuto il divano aggiustato con lo scotch, le tapparelle che non scendevano e la muffa sulla tenda del bagno, inoltre mancava l'occorrente per la doccia o almeno una saponetta per lavarsi le mani. La posizione e la casa nel complesso sono buone.

Goed: de plaats van de locatie, van daaruit alles goed bereikbaar. minder goed: slechts contact per telefoon, geen persoonlijk 1 op 1 contact, inchecken digitaal. minder goed ook voor een appartement: er was slechts 1 glas, maar weer wel 10 borden , geen theedoek en in 4 dagen geen vervanging van handdoeken etc.

The room is tidy but the area is noisy. The hotel is very near restaurants that open until midnight. There is no reception so if talking to a reception on a phone is not for you, just select other hotels nearby.

Die Wohnung war nicht ordentlich geputzt als wir ankamen. Haare im Bad und noch Dreck in Waschbecken und Dusche, auch der Boden schien nicht gestaubsaugt worden zu sein. Nach einem Anruf beim Management wurde die Wohnung nochmal geputzt. In der Wohnung befindet sich keine Seife oder ähnliches (zb zum Hände waschen). Die Lage ist allerdings klasse, nachts ein wenig laut, aber das war zu tolerieren.

The stay was fine, we didn’t get new towels or toilet paper the first day as our room was not serviced for cleaning for some reason and there was not a “do not disturb” sign on our door. Also the electric window shade was broken on one window so it let in a lot of light at night.

O hotel é bem localizado, só é um pouco complicado pra chegar de carro. Tivemos que subir ladeira e escadas com as malas para chegar até o hotel, mas isso não tirou o mérito do hotel, que é muito bom! Quarto grande, no meio do agito noturno do Bairro Alto, adorei isso! Perto de metrô e num local super turístico. Quarto e banheiro limpos. Por não ter recepção, pode parecer um pouco complicado, mas não é tão difícil desenrolar. Me hospedaria novamente, com certeza.
