"Great Hotel just didnt like parking to be honest …. I feel from what I paid I should have gotten Valet parking like others do…. Breakfast needed more options…. But overall I would say 4/5 stars in my book. Cleaning Ladies and Men as well as waitress and waiters were the highlight of hotel!!! front end staff always seemed to have a so so attitude when asking something where as Cleaning Staff waitress waiters where all truly amazing people!!! They give this hotel the true high light in my point of view !!!"

"We didn't have breakfast there but really enjoyed the beautiful room and incredible view of the bay and cruise ship port. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. The location was outstanding for our needs. We were able to walk around and find the good places to eat, shop and explore. Family friendly hotel. We felt quite at home. A fine staff and wonderful accommodations in a great location. That checks all my main boxes. We will make this our waypoint again."

"We unexpectedly returned to Pullman after our flight home was canceled on August 10. We chose to come back because our original August 7–10 stay had been pleasant, and overall the hotel and staff were again very nice. Our biggest issue was housekeeping. When my boyfriend asked about having the room cleaned, he was told rooms were only cleaned every three days. This was extremely uncomfortable, especially after our trip had unexpectedly been extended because of a canceled flight. If daily housekeeping is not provided, that should be clearly explained to guests at check-in along with how to request service. We otherwise enjoyed the property and appreciated the helpful staff, but the housekeeping situation significantly affected our second experience."

"I had a great stay at Atwell Suites! Everything was really nice, and the staff definitely stood out they were friendly, helpful, and made the overall experience even better. The breakfast was decent and convenient, although I think they could switch things up a little more and add some variety to the options. That would definitely make an already good experience even better. If you’re someone who loves a nice view, I highly recommend booking one of the higher floors. I stayed on the 24th floor, and the view was beautiful! I honestly spent a lot of time just enjoying the balcony iykyk 😂. The only thing I would suggest is adding a couple of chairs to the balconies because that would make them so much more enjoyable and relaxing. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would absolutely recommend Atwell Suites. Great staff, great atmosphere, beautiful views, and a comfortable stay. 10/10 — I’d definitely stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
