We stayed in a handicapped accessible room. There is water stains all around the sink and mirrors like it hadn't been washed. When we open the window look outside there's a bunch of trash on the windowsill that was never cleaned. Torn wallpaper in the bathroom hanging off the wall and just overall dirty. The pool had no chlorine smell and had garbage laying around along with hair ties and clump of hair on the floor amongst other things. The staff was friendly it was just not very clean at all

I couldn’t check in I booked the wrong hotel by mistake and this one doesn’t allow pets. And I couldn’t get ahold of expedia to see if I could remedy the situation. The hotel staff were lovely not to blame for this situation
