Balcony bamboo broken. See through balcony, no privacy and the lights weren't working. Room right next to road and employee break room. Extremely noisy, could barely sleep. No hangers in the closet for clothes.

Horrible experience

We booked to stay for 4 days we lasted 1 night. They don’t have staff, the restaurant closes at 3pm. No alcohol, no food. There is no restaurants around it. No stores to bit any needs. Our tv remote didn’t has batteries we were told they can bring them the next day. There was no WiFi and the signal was terrible so we had no mobile service or TV. Don’t waste your money. Stay at Cancun not Tulum
