The hotel is in a great location, central to everything, but quiet nonetheless. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. We were happy to find the slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste provided. The service was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Very good city centre hotel. Good central Bilbao location (we walked to both old town and the Guggenheim) with bonus of (quite expensive) parking. Classic looking exterior but inside a very good, modern hotel. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. We'd booked a classic double but were given a room upgrade and were extremely happy with the room we had. Very spacious, well equipped and comfortable, looking out on to the street. Buffet breakfast offered good choice, very enjoyable. For the price we paid for this stay it was excellent value and we would happily return.
