The place was very clean, easy to get into and in the middle of an area with lots of bars, restaurants, and shopping in the Condado neighborhood of San Juan. Really close to the beach maybe about a block walk would definitely stay there again.

This property is in a great location, the room could have been a little bigger with filled and operable body wash containers in the shower or larger bar soaps but other than that it’s a great place to stay for a short stay. Parking can be challenging and or expensive.

Room was very clean and the staff was very attentive and helpful. My flights home were cancelled due to a storm, so I had to extend for two days. They let me keep my room and were very helpful in that process. Would definitely return, great room for the money.

Room was small but clean. Air conditioning was good. I did not see any where to park and was on a small busy street where Uber drivers and taxi's picked up. Maybe there was parking somewhere else. I do not know. If you need a place to lie your head and don't care about luxury, this would be a good place.

The red door inn checked all the boxes. We arrived before check in and someone was on site to store our bags. Such nice staff and even helped us gather the keys from the lockbox (it was raining). All good. I will echo what others have said about the thin walls but the bed was super comfortable and close to restaurants and beach.

Clean room, AC was great, staff were helpful. The virtual check-in was smoother than I thought. Only thing that I thought could use improvement was that my room (2) was on the ground floor with floor-to-ceiling windows that opened directly onto the porch/front area. I kept them curtained and closed for privacy as a result... perhaps frost the lower half of the glass so that people outside cannot see in?

My stay was fine. I wasn’t there much since I was here on business. The bed was comfortable and the refrigerator was the perfect cold temp. I had hot water For the shower so it was all good. I was a little confused trying g to figure out how to access my key to get into the room but once I found it, I was all good.

The location was amazing, close to many restaurants, grocery stores, activities, and only a block away from the beach. The rooms are renovated and very modern. The Inn is very cute and in a great location. Checkin is unique without staff. Luckily I was able to get my email confirmation with lockbox info at the airport through their wireless. Everything appeared to be cute and clean until we rolled back the sheets and found all sort of hair on the pillows. We tried txting the contact number for new sheets but never got a response back. Other than the gross pillows it was a good stay for one night.

Room is clean and the lady who cleans the room was very sweet. But the gentleman who is the "front desk attendant" was not personable at all. It was like it was an inconvenience for him to acknowledge us or answer questions, even when calling .

I had a nice stay overall and found the property to be very pleasant. The location was excellent! Close to shopping, with restaurants and the beach just a short distance away, which was very convenient. The room was exactly what I needed for a one-night stay and would have been comfortable for a longer stay as well, especially as a solo traveler. The only downside was that there was quite a bit of hair on the floors, which was noticeable. Aside from that, both the room and the property were very clean. I also experienced an issue accessing the lockbox and called the number provided but did not receive a return call. Fortunately, another guest was kind enough to help me. Overall, it was a good stay in a great location, with just a few minor areas that could be improved. Would recommend.
