The rooms are clean and modern, they may have been recently renovated as not like the pictures, reasonably priced for California. The door has a gap around it so its really noisy with the cars passing by outside and from the noise of the fountain in the parking lot. The wifi was intermittent during our stay and we didnt get chance to use the laundry so not sure if that was good value. Close to a bus stop but not much else.
