I got put in another hotel because the power was out. Understandable. No issues the other hotel was nearby and slightly nicer. Neither hotel told me that the new hotel was only hosting me for a night. They implied I’d be there my whole stay. On morning 1 I was leaving for a full day tour and they said my room at the original hotel was ready. I said ok and continued with my tour. No urgency was expressed. Towards the end of my tour they were calling me to leave the room and gave me 2 options, charge me for an extra night or remove my belongings themselves. Very unprofessional way of going about a bad situation.
