Nice location and good price

The room was really nice, clean, spacious. They were offering their rooms good prices. I’ll be back here next visit to Hakata.

The room is simple and you get what you paid for. Good enough for an overnight or short stay. Hakata Station and Canal City is walking distance from hotel. I like the quiet neighborhood, although it was a weekend.

Thoroughly enjoyed my 7 night stay, my only complaints were that it was a little dusty in some areas and there was only a microwave in the lobby. Otherwise a comfortable stay with great access to Hakata station and right across from a 23hr affordable food spot (Sukiya)

Rooms has central air conditioning only, ie you can't control how cool or hot in your room. If they have heat on, your room can be very uncomfortablely hot like an apartment building with heat on in the winter months.

Beds are the equivalent of sleeping on a plywood floor with a blanket. The "airconditioning" was non existent. Upon entering our room on the 11th floor we were greeted with a temperature or 28C. Turned on the AC however no reprieve from the heat was given. The only thing we had was the window which did only opened a few Inches. The room was clean ish. The shower head was not connected to the hose. I was able to fix that. The fridge although keeps items cool generated a ton of heat to the room adding to our discomfort. Despite asking the front desk about the airconditioning the response was the a/c wasn't available yet. This hotel is only suitable for one night.

Fancy looking but that's about it...

This hotel looks like it's going to be one of them fancy ones... but it's not. First of all the Internet is terrible. They have a note on each floor about "rush hour" but really, it's hit and miss. A lot of miss... The A/C, even on high wasn't enough for 37C outside and we were sweating inside the room so we had to request a fan for the room. If you want an extra pillow that's Y200, I don't know for you, but I never paid for an extra pillow before (they only provide 2 per bed, so 1 each, in our situation) The staff is really nice and friendly and speak some English. Shower is small but good. Laundry is also very efficient and convenient. There is no parking, they said we could stop in front of the hotel, but the traffic was heavy and felt like it would be mean to others so we went to the (super cheap) parking behind the hotel and carried our stuff.
Mention about the bad Internet.

하가타역 7분거리 깨끗하고 편안한 가성비 호텔로 추천

하가타 역에서 걸어서 7-10분거리 대로변 꽤 큰규모의 호텔이었어요 객실도 깨끗한 편이고 매일 청소해 주셔서 좋았어요. 프론트 직원은 오전 오후로 바뀌는데 요청사항 잘 들어주시고 로비에 오래된 저울이 있어서 캐리어 무게 재고 올수 있어 편했어요 가성비 있는데 역까지 가까워 위치좋고 호텔 바로 건너편 패밀리마트있고 그 앞에서 버스타고 텐진 가기 편하고 하가타역까지 가까워서 버스터미널에서 히타 구마모토도 다녀오고 한큐백화점 키테 가깝고 천평다이소에 요도바시 카메라 로피아마트등 아이와 함께 매일 도보로 걸어 다녔답니다. 편하게 잘 묶었습니다^^ 다음에 또 갈래요!
