I am not one to leave reviews, but there was not one good thing about this hotel. To make matters even worse…. There is a club right in front of the hotel open 7 days/week and you won’t be able to sleep. Also, one of the nights we got back at 11pm from one of our day trips and they lock the front doors so there is no way we can go inside unless the receptionist opens up…. Well, we were locked outside in freezing weather for about an hour!!! We kept buzzing, banging on the door, and calling the hotel during that whole time. It took a little over an hour for the receptionist to get up from his nap to come open. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

La experiencia estuvo a punto de ser nefasta. A la llegada al hotel nos recibieron comunicando que no teníamos habitación. Después de pedir y reclamar, resultó que aparecieron las habitaciones por arte de magia. Un desastre de recibimiento y falta de seriedad por parte de la gerencia del hotel. Poco profesionales!

La habitación limpia, la cama confortable, el personal que atendía en el desayuno no era amable, y se sirve muy temprano, deberían extenderlo una hora más. Mi estancia fue grata, me quedaba cerca todo. Solo necesito mi boleta para pedir reembolso de impuestos, la pedí y dijeron que cuando hiciera check out y ni me la dieron ni recordé pedirla.

The room has windows to the hallway and other rooms. There are sensitive sensors for the lights to turn on meaning at night the hallway lights come on and brighten your room. Had trouble sleeping at this property.

Todo bien ! El único detalle que por dos días no hubo agua caliente , un martirio ya que nos tocó un tour y a las 3am y ahí me tenían bañándome con agua super fría y mentando madres jajaj
