The place, the view and the overall scenery was amazing. The help and possibilities to reach the staff was non existent. We had trouble to access the room and we also wanted information regarding the breakfast, but we were left on read on WhatsApp regarding both questions. Also, if you do not speak Italian, come prepared with a translation app because there is no English what so ever.

Not a big fan of the “check yourself in” method. Never saw anyone except the chamber maid (she was wonderful!). Can’t call yourself a “B&B » if you don’t serve breakfast and definitely can’t call yourself a resort if there is nothing to do there. Beautiful views among olive trees and rolling hills but coffee is 20 minutes away. I could survive with a cold Diet Coke but there’s no refrigerator. Tile floor but I saw the bathroom had a towel warmer but could not locate the power switch. This is where a desk person would be handy. At least print up some information. There is a wine cooler but it would not get colder than 69 degrees Fahrenheit. I really wanted to love this place but I couldn’t give it the benefit of the doubt. I also couldn’t find the restaurant located on their other property.

This is the most horrible property we have ever experienced. This place should be closed down and inspected by authorities. There was no one on the property to check us in, we never received any codes for our rooms, no communication was forwarded to us prior to check in, got locked in once we entered the gate as we did not have a code to get out. The contact telephone number was out of service. Once we contacted Expedia, even they were left speechless and struggled to help us to get out. All in all, we were frightened as there was no one there to help us. It was dark in a middle of a field with wild animals making sound usWith Gods grace we found a pamphlet on a ground that had some hotel information, and a code for the gate. Thankful we did not have to call the police and were able to leave at 11 pm. There was no other hotels available in the area that had availability so we had to drive back to Florence to our original hotel. Our trip got altered, we didn’t get to go to the hot springs and lost our tickets for the spa as we were way to tired (getting in to our original hotel in Florence at 2 am) travel back the next day. The most upsetting thing was, that our parents who are 76 and 80 had to stay in bed next day to recover from this ordeal. We truly hope that this property gets investigated so that no one else has to experience what we did. Our over all vacation ended up not being what we wanted and we came back home with a very bad image of that part of Italy.

Die Unterkunft an sich hat ein sehr schönen Blick. Es fällt leider im Zimmern Ausstattung wie Sessel oder kleiner Esstisch, dass man mindestens beim schlechten Wetter drinnen was isst. Das Restaurant war zu und der Kühlschrank war defekt. Heißt es Morgiger Kaffee oder Tee ist schwierig, da der nächste Ort paar Kilometer entfernt ist.

Posto meraviglioso, personalmente ci siamo trovati molto bene, camera pulita, spaziosa e confortevole. Per non parlare della vista mozzafiato su tutta la valle. Il fatto che non ci sia la reception non ci ha scomodati più di tanto anche perché per ogni esigenza bastava chiamare il numero di riferimento del resort. In più i prezzi sono davvero accessibili. Qualità prezzo ottima, unico suggerimento che posso dare è di mettere una caffetteria qualsiasi o una teiera. Tutto sommato siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti… il tutto funziona molto bene!
