This is a wonderful B&B that is part of the historic district. Sloping uneven floors, which is the charm of having the chance to stay in a piece of history. A very comfortable room, with breakfast at a cafe nearby. Parking option is nearby, just talk with your host who is so helpful. Wonderful location to walk and enjoy all the town has to offer.
Lovely design, room, food and hospitality. Beautiful property in the heart of Montalcino. So charming and amazing staff. Modern and renovated, working ac, easy parking. Would stay again 100%!!!
One of the most amazing hotel experiences I have ever had! Minnie and the entire staff are the nicest most attentive hosts. Beautiful property, delicious breakfast, great wine and olive oil and the most fun and delicious breakfast. Can’t say enough great things and highly recommend.
Great location, beautiful clean comfortable accommodation and wonderful people. Sara in particular stood out as a warm and helpful member of their team.
Very nice place. Good king size bed and wonderful sheets. Breakfast was really fresh too, with delicious pastries.
Awesome view in the valley, however we had an upgraded suite. AC was very welcome, it was 36C outside.
I would recommend this one to all my friends. Also location was great, very central and a lot of restaurants close by.

There's plenty to do on property: a wine tour through the high-tech wine production facility; wine tasting overlooking the Tuscan landscape (you have a substantial selection to choose from); lounging by the pool overlooking the many acres of grape vines, olive and plum trees, and the hills beyond; a visit to their glass museum; an intimate cooking class with one of the top Chefs in...
The owner Fabio was fantastic. Could not be more accomodating. He personally makes breakfast and homemade pastries. Highly recommend this facility. A little hard to get to but worth it.
Dida was an amazing host! Her and her family took great care of us and their property/rooms were perfect, open, quiet and beautiful! She makes a personalized breakfast everyday at your timing convenience and provides many great local suggestions!
Freshly renovated space owned and run by a very kind couple that puts love into the hospitality they provide their guests. That includes lots of homemade baked goodies/snacks, and a wonderful breakfast buffet in a lovely terrace garden area.
This hotel set the bar EXTREMELY high for our 2 week vacation. The staff is truly invested in making sure your stay is superb. This is a relatively new-build hotel for Tuscany, but it’s built to look traditional with modern twists. Our room was very spacious and had a modern shower and changing closet. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The pool is beautiful and the spa house is great. Currently you have to book the spa access a day ahead due to covid precautions; you get 1 hour to...
Our stay at B&B Le Scalette di Piazza in Montalcino was excellent. The owners were friendly and helpful, providing parking permits and facilitating our luggage drop-off. The room was lovely and comfortable, with amazing views of the countryside. I would have happily stayed there for an entire week just to wake up to that view daily! We had read reviews about the noise from the bell tower and noted the ear plugs provided in the bathroom. However, we did not use the ear plugs and slept great. I...
Wonderful, beautiful property! The rooms are immaculate and nicely decorated. Breakfast is bountiful with wonderful homemade tarts, breads, frittatas. Do not miss dining in the restaurant for dinner. We had several dinners among the best of our 3 week trip to Italy. The staff is very professional, friendly and passionate about their job. Thank you Vito and Caterina for going above and beyond expectations and making our stay one I will never forget. We are already planning our return.
