We spent 2 nights at the Hotel Phoenix during a quick jaunt to Zermatt. The rooms are clean, comfortable and all have a nice balcony. The hotel owners and staff were very helpful with suggestions for excellent trail running loops. Breakfast includes a full spread.

Quiet, cozy hotel great value

We stayed 2 nights and we highly recommend. Excellent rooms, short walk to all Zermatt attractions and downtown without the noise and crowds of the main streets. It feels like a family-run hotel. Staff are so kind, breakfast has good variety. You won’t regret staying here.
