The check-in and out time at the hotel was not consistent with what Hotels.com wrote. So in the end I had the room for 2hours less than I thought. The cleaning was good, but the perfume used was so strong that I had to air out the entire room. Otherwise really good service! Helpful staff, the breakfast was okay, and I felt safe during my stay.

Eine Oase der Ruhe im hektischen Quito. Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Das historische Zentrum mit der Metro schnell erreichbar (2 Stationen vom Parque Ejido bis Plaza San Francisco).

Me gustó La localización, el edificio y habitaciones acogedoras y el desayuno es excelente. Trato amable de los empleados del hotel.
No me gustó que no encontraban mi reserva a pesar de haberles enviado un email con antelación y que nunca respondieron. También nos dieron una habitación muy ruidosa la primera noche y fue imposible dormir. Nos cambiaron al día siguiente sin ninguna pega.
