Check-in process was fabulous. We had two groups of people and the manager went out his way to make sure we all had enough towels, etc for our stay.

Great staff and prompt sevice

Had made a mistake with booking date. Sammy offered the phone numbers for the booking agent to call and resolved the refund. I rebooked and they organised late check-in for the night. This was well organised whilst I continue to drive there.

A convenient location with very good facilities. A bonus if you can score a ground level room to avoid carrying luggage upstairs. The Tavern is onsite ideal for a cold drink and meals.

The room was fine. I don't know how long it has been since someone else was in there, it was a bit dusty and moldy in the shower, but it was fine. one of the beds was really quite soft but supportive and delivered an incredible sleep. Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The room service was excellent.

Ensure you book a room away from the Tavern bistro. Toilet seat was broken which I discovered when I slid off.
