We stayed overnight while waiting for our return flight home and for the hotel to be charming quiet get away. The staff was very polite, accommodating, and very helpful.

Big, clean, great service, will stay again.

Big room, very comfortable bed, big bathroom, very clean, very good breakfast buffet, arranged for motorscooter Rental for me. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. Convenience store very close, excellent massage place also very close. I stayed for the Ironman triathlon in May, plenty of space to assemble my bike in the bedroom. Lift easily fits Bike and you can exit through basement car park to the road.

Very luxurious hotel ,, amenities all first grade. Excellent service in the very thing . 5 minutes walk from the beach of Da nang Have nice swimming pool but we didn’t try it , I highly recommend it

Royal Suite was perfection

Fabulous 'Royal Suite'! We got a great price on a last minute deal and couldn’t believe our luck, as the standard was very impressive. The suite felt very luxurious and clean. The bed was massive and so comfortable. Excellent views and quiet room. Staff were polite and friendly. The pool area was pleasant and peaceful. Our only criticism is that we had an issue where one staff member told us the dumplings were vegan at breakfast, only to find out later that they contained pork! It may have been a translation error, so perhaps labels in other languages to show ingredients on food items would help (especially for those with allergies). We had notified staff ahead of arrival (as well as upon arrival) of our dietary requirements. The only other issue we found was that not all the functions worked on the shower, but there were three options and one worked fine, so we could still wash.

i like the friendliness of the staff, my room was nice and comfy and breakfast was decent with a variety of cuisines. Everything was great. my friends room: everything was great except they freshly just painted the wood and bed so it smells like shhh... literally threw up from all the chemical toxic smell (smelled like when you boiled stinky bamboo shoots for hours). We are being honest, we loved everything but one of the rooms smelled like 2 tanks of gasoline in there

The hotel was wonderful. It is very close to the beach. The bedrooms are gorgeous especially considering how inexpensive the reservation cost was. The bed was big and luxurious and the bathroom had a beautiful decor and was very large. And the reception staff were amazing. I had a problem with my reservation that was entirely my fault and two women at the reception desk were very kind and went out of their way to fix it for me. I highly recommend this hotel.

あまり良くない

このホテルの3種類の部屋に泊まったが、Sunrise Ocean Viewの部屋が一番眺めが良い。部屋はまぁまぁ。コネクティングルームなので、隣の部屋の声がよく聞こえる。バスタブとベッドルームの境にはロールカーテンしかなく、トイレも仕切られていないので、そのまま臭いや邪気がベッドルームに来てしまう。また、湯船にお湯を入れようとすると、蛇口から沢山黒っぽいゴミが出てくる。カビだと思う。この部屋だけでなく、他の部屋でも同様に黒いゴミが沢山出てきた。不衛生で汚い。また、シャワーヘッドが1種類しかない上、水圧も弱く、お湯もぬるい。熱くなっても、すぐぬるくなる。朝食は美味しいが、種類は少なめ。しかも、既に次のホテルへ向かうためにGrabが到着しているのに、私が悪いレビューを書いたから、ホテルのマネージャーにレビューを消すように何度も言われ、ウザかった。ホスピタリティより、自分のホテルの都合しか考えていない。場所もかなり中心から離れているし、ダナンは安くて良いホテルは沢山あるので、このホテルは特におすすめしない。

そこまでおすすめではない。

辺鄙な場所にあり、かなり中心部から離れる。この辺は高級ホテルも多い。高級ホテルはホテル内の施設が充実しているから良いが、このVhotelは普通のホテルなので、やることがない。部屋はまあまあだが、暗い。バスルームとベッドルームがちゃんと分かれておらず、せいぜいロールカーテンしかないので、衛生上良くない。また、シャワーがとてもぬるく、十分熱くならない。シャワーベッドも1種類しかなく洗いにくい。バスタブにお湯を溜めても、ぬるくて入れない。また、4つ星なのに部屋にアイロンがない上、フロントにアイロンを貸して欲しいと言っても貸してくれない！有料のアイロンサービスを使えと言う。ただ、連泊で部屋を変えたが、次の部屋へスムーズに移動できるよう手配してくれた。朝食は、種類が少なめ。せいぜい、このホテルに泊まるなら、Sunrise Ocean View の部屋が良い（SeaとMountainの部屋は高い割に良く無い）しかし、全体的に、わざわざここに来る必要はない。

期待より良くない

期待したより、良くない。想像以上に南側にあり、ビーチのかなり端にある。かなり市内やメインビーチから遠い。そのため、周りには良いレストランなどはない。この辺は人が少ないので、落ち着いてはいる。部屋は全体的に暗い。バスタブがあり、シャワールームが別にあるのは良い。しかし、シャワーベッドは一種類しかなく洗いにくいし、排水が悪くて床が水溜まりになる。また、せっかくバスタブがあったのに、いくら流しても、蛇口の中から緑のゴミが沢山出てきて（カビ？）、汚いから使えなかった。更に、バスタブとベッドルームの間はちゃんドアやガラスで仕切られておらず、多数の隙間があり、トイレの邪気や臭いがそのままベッドルームに来てしまう。眺めもそこまで良くないから、シティビューで良いかも。プールも小さめで、眺めが良いわけではない。朝食は味は美味しいが、種類が少ない。衛生面や立地を考えても、それほど良くない。

직원들이 너무 부지런하다.

직원들이 친절하고 방이나 기타 부대시설이 깨끗하고 직원들이 지나칠 정도로 부지런하게 주변을 정리하고 셋팅하는 것을 보고 이 호텔의 매니저가 친절 교육을 철저하게 시켰다고 느꼈다. 다음에 다시한번 방문하고 싶은 호텔이었다.
