During our first night there we had some issues with the air conditioner, which the staff tried to resolve straight away and kept on checking on during our whole stay to make sure that it was working fine and that we were comfortable. There is also a clinic on site which was very helpful as my mom fell sick during our trip and to make us feel right at home the hotel sent us a Get Well Soon bouquet to our room. Best experience of my life! This was my second time to visit the park, but this time I actually stayed at the Lodge as a guest. The first time I visited 5 years ago it was just for the day visit. This hotel was top notch from the very beginning! The staff is extremely welcoming and genuine, they truly want you to have a fantastic experience and learn about the Balinese culture. The accommodations were modern while maintaining a rustic and traditional charm. Overall, the hotel had an ambiance of total relaxation. The pool and spa were great.

Our stay was beyond amazing I celebrated my birthday at Ayung Resort the resort is a gem hidden 15 mins of central UBUD peaceful beautiful resort the resort is 5star hospitality we where only going to stay for 4nights and ended up for 8 nights! This place was a dream, the staff is so friendly and the rooms are beautiful. I felt extremely safe being a woman of color on my first solo trip! The staff treats you like family .. definitely will be back here again.
Adiwana Bisma exceeded our expectations. The room was large, luxurious, and honestly nicer than some resorts charging nearly twice as much. We had one issue when we first checked in, and the staff corrected it immediately. Everyone went above and beyond to accommodate us throughout our stay.
The jetted tub was also a huge plus for me after spending full days exploring, especially with my back and leg discomfort. I would gladly stay at Adiwana Bisma again anytime I’m in Ubud.
The friendliest, kindest, helpful staff. Perfect location to immerse yourself in Ubud, waking distance to markets, restaurants, temples, whatever you need or might want to explore while the rooms are located next to the jungle.
Being close to the jungle was a favorite of mine, having breakfast each morning with a beautiful jungle view, butterflies, birds, dragonflies. Excellent Bali breakfast options too!

I loved this place! Everyone is super friendly. It's about a 15-20 min shuttle ride from downtown Ubud (but they hook u up with free shuttles, or u can rent a motorbike). It's worth the ride because it's quiet and beautiful away from the more "trashy" city areas (but Ubud is by far the cleanest). Also, I highly recommend taking advantage of their complementary morning programs e.g. Yoga or a morning walk to explore the village next to the villa.
