Confirmed reservation and payment on Expedia. Hotel claims they no longer work with Expedia so they didn't have my Expedia-confirmed reservation... and I had to pay again (so paid both to Expedia online and to Hotel in-person)... confusing and not good. A refund is deserved here... right Expedia?
