First room we were given smelled horrible. They gave us another room. It was better but they went and rented the first room to someone else. Had to stay because it was non-refundable. Bedding and sheets were clean. Towels were clean, tub and toilet were relatively clean although tub should be recaulked. Everything else was very dirty. Toilet seat was almost falling off. I had to tighten the seat bolts. Coffee machine was dirty and tray holding condiments was dirty. Tv stand was only cleaned as far as someone could reach. Inside one night stand drawer was dirty. Property was not kept up, Grass in back probably had not been cut this year. Front property had weeds and parking lot is unkept. AC unit was very noisy but it covered up the traffic noise that was quite bad. I don't know how it ever received an 8.8 for reviews.

We ended up on a 4200 mile round trip. We showed up late to the property and asked if there was a laundry facility near by that might be open. We were told everything in the area was closed. We assume it was the owner who was checking us in, but he offered to do a load for us for a very small fee, which was very unexpected and we were extremely great full. About 1 1/2 hours later he delivered our laundry all folded and ready to go. That's going above and beyond in our opinion. We're not sure he does this for everyone but we did appreciate it.
