I was very disappointed by the fact pool was empty for 3 days Brocken glass all round pool area I don’t no how they became a 4 ⭐️ only to be filled when more Spanish people arrived myself and my partner felt invisible when eating in rresturant as waters only tends to Spanish only person who didn’t make us feel this way was a young receptionist only on desk in afternoons hotel is situated close to all amenities But I certainly won’t recommend Hotel Rambla to any friends or family plus side was my first visit to Benidorm which I did enjoy everything I did except Hotel

Hotel antiguo que no merece las 3 estrellas. Reserve una habitación con balcón y me dieron una interior con ventana a un deslunado. Me tuve que cambiar porque olía muy mal a desagüe y la que me dieron también daba a otro deslunado. La recepcionista muy amable. Colchón cómodo pero almohadas extremadamente finas. Nada recomendable

Nos dijeron que la habitación era con vista a la piscina y no cumplieron con ello pero tampoco perdíamos nada porque la piscina es súper pequeña con el agua verde y en muy mal estado. La limpieza súper escasa la lencería sucia y ni siquiera teníamos toallas champú… Y lo peor de todo la comida es horrible hay 4 cosas muy poca cantidad y malísimas y la misma comida que pone en la comida la vuelven a sacar para la cena

El hotel no esta mal en el centro 10min de la playa, en el baño único que nececita arreglo porqué ya estaban rotos. Fuimos con familia con desayuno, comida y cena, un poco para mejorar la comida, desayuno todos los días lo mismo y a elegir solo ,10, cosas... la comida y cena lo mismo, pero por ese precio que pagamos se puede aguantar, la piscina cerrada sin agua, supongo que tenia que estar abierta en nuestro alojamiento, pues no... y tampoco habia ,, la bienvenida en la habitación chuches y vino o cava como decian aperitivo,, pero bueno es de menos, gracias

Malo en general.

Personal de recepción bastante poco profesional, sólo uno se salvaba un poco. Llevando en la reserva aperitivos y bebidas incluidas resulta que no había aperitivos y de bebida agua y vino a granel( de muy poca calidad) Los buffets escasísimos, los platos calientes sin mantener la temperatura, escasos y poco presentables. En beneficio de nuestra salud comimos en otro lugar. La piscina sucia y sin agua, ni un lugar para tomar el sol. Agradecer que solo era un día y al menos la habitación parecía cómoda, la tele miniatura y no sé si funciona el aire porque no lo necesitamos Muy mal todo excepto la cama.
