Very poor hotel

The rooms were dirty, the A/C was not switched on, we came back to the lights not working in the room and the food was awful. The staff took no interest when we complained.The photos are very deceptive.

"zodiacalement" parfait !

TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour, avec un personnel trĂšs accueillant et souriant. Hotel Ă  dimension humaine, avec un trĂšs bon restaurant, plats divers et variĂ©s Ă  volontĂ©. Je me suis rĂ©galĂ©e et j'y reviendrai car sĂ©duite par l'ambiance de l'hĂŽtel conviviale, chaleureux et charmant par sa dĂ©coration typiquement tunisienne. Je le recommande aux familles qui souhaitent passer un sĂ©jour agrĂ©able, dĂ©tente assurĂ©e. La plage est Ă  environ 200 mĂštres et a manquĂ© d'un petit bar pour se rafraichir en boissons. Mais peut-ĂȘtre existe-t'il en pĂ©riode estivale ? Les piscines extĂ©rieures et intĂ©rieures Ă©taient propres. Pour mon cas personnel, tout Ă©tait parfait. :-)

voila déja 6 ans que l'on nous descendons dans cet hotel 2 a 3 fois par an on n'y retrouve" l'esprit familiale",le" personnel sympa et de confiance",la" propretée aussi bien dans les chambres que dans le reste de l'hotel",animation tous les soirs, cuisine variée , la plage se trouve a 300m,la médina a 500m,divers commerces a proximités ainsi qu'une pharmacie le bus s'arrete toutes les 30mm en face de l'hotel pour Hammamet ou Nabeul ,la poste est a 25mm a pied le repos est assuré aussi bien a l'hotel que dans l'ensemble de la Tunisie nous n'avons rien a craindre ces un hotel que l'on recommandent sans crainte

Les chambres du rez de chaussĂ©e manquent de clartĂ©. Couleur du mobilier sombre ainsi que les revĂȘtements. Les chambres du 2Ăšme Ă©tage sont plus lumineuses. Question animation, ce n'est pas le point le plus fort du Zodiac pour les clients qui seraient en demande. Point fort la localisation, non loin de la plage et de la mĂ©dina. Pas besoin de taxi pour les amplettes et les souvenirs. Beaucoup d'attractions pour les enfants aux alentours de l'hĂŽtel tel que Cartage Land.

Le bazar! on prévilégie le tapage de l"animation" à longueur de journée au détriment du repos des clients.Personnel agréable mais pas épanoui ni motivé par son boulot...sûrement non considéré par une direction qui affiche le portrait de l'ancien dictateur dans son bureau !!!. Petit-dej médiocre!

Hotel qui ne vaut pas les 4 Ă©toiles mĂ©nages des chambres trĂšs moyen attention vĂ©rifier l Ă©tat de vos draps car le premier jour j ai des surprises avec des draps pas propres au restaurant pas beaucoup de choix et toujours la mĂȘme chose et ne pas aller trop tard car vous risquez ne ne plus rien avoir Ă  manger attention aux arnaquĂ©s car j ai pu obtenir un mini frigo dans la chambre gratuitement car j ai su qu une personne l avez eu gratuitement car elle Ă©tait algĂ©rienne moi on me demandait 10 dinars par jour mais je ne me suis pas laisse faire il faut toujours marchander c est pĂ©nible Ă  la longue la plage est Ă  5 minutes Ă  pied et cette annĂ©e il y avait beaucoup d algues pas trĂšs propre pas beaucoup d animation donc je dĂ©conseille cet hotel
