My stay was really good and the stuff was very nice. Plenty of space for parking. The only thing I didn’t like is there was a lot of African-American people that were really loud very convenient gas station across from the gas station restaurants good location.

Staff were helpful and nice! But there was construction in the parking lot we had to find a side door, the pool wasn’t open, our tv didn’t work(they fixed it), and the jacuzzi tub didn’t work, only hot water came out/no jets. Otherwise it was clean and a comfortable room. Found cheaper hotels around with similar amenities

BEWARE

There was a pool on the ad on hotels.com and then no pool, I paid my deposit online and then was told I had to pay again on property. The person never checked my ID. The room was something out of the 1970s. The only redeeming quality was the bed was nice and comfy. I will not be staying here again!

Stayed here while visiting Six Flags. Very close to the park and Gurnee Mills Mall. Facility was quiet. But it is a bit dated. Everything was clean, but rooms showed age. Decent pool. Lots of eating options near by. Nothing fancy, but a decent night's sleep. Close to I-94.

There were stains on the bedspread, the sheets and pillows smelled. The hair dryer was broken and when we asked for one that worked, they didn’t have one.

I don't expect a Super 8 to be that nice, but I do expect it to be clean. This place does not need to be on hotels.com. It was so dirty and smelled like smoke. We just needed a place to sleep for a few hours before an early flight and we was disturbed by loud music and a party in the parking lot from 1am until we finally left at 4am. Very disappointed in this one!

VERY DISAPPOINTED

Signs of water damage on bathroom door and mold smell in room. Also found hair in bathtub. Breakfast was almost nonexistent. Had energy bars, oatmeal and 2 choices of cold cereal. Also some yogurt, but NO fruit, waffles or anything hot.

Very unhappy!!!

The hotel, bathrooms and pool were dirty. The shower in our room was broken and they wouldn't let us shower in a different room, but instead had people coming in and out all morning trying to fix it, which they put on a new temporary faucet and it leaked everywhere. Pools of water in our room and I was there with my children so everything was wet. I got no rest and had a 5 hour drive home. Very unhappy!!!

I didn't like anything. The water wasn't working, the carpet had holes and stains throughout. All of the tiles in the bathroom were broken. Toilet paper holder was broken, with paper tossed on the back of the toilet. Shower curtain was ripped and torn. Ceiling fans were barely attached and swaying and one of them quit working before we left in the middle of the night.. Clock had bare wires hanging out of it. We left at 4 am the night of check in. we have photos of the trashy room which smelled like mold. We have photos of all the issues we encountered. Avoid at all costs!!!

This is the worst hotel I have seen in my life. The pictures are not accurate of the hotel. Side doors coming in do NOT lock people were smoking outside the door and coming in and out. The halls were very dirty and smelt like pot and cigarette smoke. The elevator button to go up did not work. The room smelt like rotten food. Multiple curly hairs in the bathroom. The room was covered in dust. Went to the pool, and the pool pictured is NOT the one at the hotel. dead bugs everywhere, paint peeling off the walls. No chairs at the pool. Multiple band aids laying on the ground and in the pool. Tried to complain but no one would come to the front desk. Left after being there for an hour, did not feel safe having my family there. Currently waiting on a refund.

For breakfast, they ran out of coffee and there wasn't many options. The shower was leaking and the shower head was rusty and sprayed everywhere. The bathroom sink also didn’t work. They were doing construction so there was equipment, boards etc laying around and pool was down. Our TV didn’t work and when we went to the front desk they said they couldn't help us because the manager wasn't in.
