Frank is an excellent employee of the Hotel, with the absolute best service you could ask. Frank answered every request graciously and always with a smile! No notes! Ten out of ten!
The hotel is clean and beautiful and in an absolutely fabulous location. Daniel the host was very welcoming.
The hotel and the staff were GREAT. The owners/managers were so kind, understanding and helpful, the room was clean, and the breakfast was DELICIOUS! Also, you can’t beat the location, right by the Plaza Mayor. We will absolutely be back and recommend it to whoever is visiting!
I had a lovely time at the Arabia hotel. Traveled by myself and felt safe and cared for. My only minor complaint is that the shower leaked into the bathroom floor. Thanks for the hospitality!
Exceptional hotel.Super beautiful, well designed,Clean, amazing friendly staff,Fresh and good Breakfast.Location right in the middle of Cusco historic center surrounded with beautiful restaurents and historic places.I will give rating to this hotel from 100/100.Thank you Hotel Arcangel for your amazing vibe and memories you gave us.☺️☺️
This was probably our favorite stay in Peru. The staff was so helpful and kind, the lobby area is beautiful, the breakfast was lovely and delicious. The location is extremely convenient. Generally, we loved Pisac, and wished we could have stayed another night.
The hotel is located in a quiet town named Pisac. The stuff related by blood and marriage and their pride of their place shows in how well they treat their guests. Their rooms will fulfill your basic needs with a bed and a bath. The rooms are clean and rustic with a down to earth decor. During our stay they were very accommodating to our late night arrival and upon our departure their breakfast was more than expected. You'll appreciate the lower elevation on your first day in this area.
I can recommend this sanctuary of a hotel for the beauty, service, breakfast , comfortable bed, sound of the river, trail behind the hotel and the bathtub ( a rare find in the sacred valley. Frank and Lyda were attentive and helpful. They went out of their way for us. I absolutely love room 3, which is on the second floor with a gorgeous view of the river. Frank cools delicious eggs and the fresh bread varies. There is fresh juice and the view of the trees is lovely. The room was very clean all...
We spent a total of 4 nights at Cooper hotel boutique. Service was excellent, location was excellent, and the breakfast was outstanding! It is a very cute place in the heart of the tourist district. It is on a busy street so it was a bit noisy. I’d definitely stay here again if I find myself in Cusco again.
The staff, particularly the concierge, was very helpful. The hotel is great. Two things to consider about the location:
1. Though close to the main square on the map, the hotel sits on a hill which at 12,000 feet (3,700 meters) is a strenuous walk for some.
2. there is not much in the way of dining or shops in the immediate (within about 4 blocks) of the hotel. It is a short 11 minute walk to the central square though.
We are stuck in Cusco Peru during the Coronavirus and this hotel has been exceptional in providing everything we need. The excellent service has calmed our fears and reduced our stress during these very unprecented times.
The hotel was overall very clean, very nice and modern. We had great room services and they were flexible about our stay. My husband and I both got sick the day we were supposed to check out and they let us stay for free until we needed to leave for the airport -several hours after check out time. They also helped us get tickets for Machu Picchu and arranged a taxi for our early departure to the train station. They were wonderful!
The hotel is very clean, breakfast is nice and the staff is extremely nice and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and I can highly recommend this hotel. The only thing is that the common area and the room is directly connected and you will hear everything what's happening in there. So depending on the manner of the guest, you might find it rather noisy. But certainly, this hotel is above 3star hotel quality in my opinion.
