I have stayed at this property several times, primarily because of its location. It is conveniently located within a short walk from the airport and steps away from the beach and food places. The room that I received on this trip seems to have been upgraded, which was even more special. This is the perfect place because of location. It is not a luxury hotel, but the amenities are adequate if you are looking for a spot on the beach and close to everything to fulfill your stay, connecting with nature’s beauty.

Walking distance from the airport, nice staff on reception, clean room, ocean view with the beach right there ! Beach towels also provided via housekeeping. Somewhat dated in decor, bed a little hard for my liking too, but good value, charm and great location will have me returning. Perfect spot for a short stay getaway

The views were beautiful from many angles of the property. The staff were amazing and friendly. Also the location is very convenient as you are able to get around to the airport and the beach in just a few minutes even by taking a casual stroll. Unfortunately, the pool wasn't open for the full length of our trip but the beach made up for that. If you are interested in the pool, call to confirm if it's operational for your travel dates

Loved the space...the cabanas...the size of the room and the pool. Room for improvement where friendliness of front desk staff is concerned. There is no shampoo or conditioner or cream so for persons to know to carry with them on the trip but there is a mini mart next to the hotel to purchase the items. Loved that it was right next to Fort Milford. Parking can be an issue at times.

The rooms were clean however the washrooms smelt very bad like the sewers were backed up. I’m pregnant which all the workers can visually see and were aware however they sold me a cake with alcohol in and when notified of it, there was no compensation or exchange of the cake. Additionally, the morning staff and front desk staff were rude at times and made it seem like you were bothering them when ordering food or asking for towels. My boyfriend left a pair of pants in the room however the staff said that nothing was brought down. Looks like someone may have taken the pants, which we understand is our fault. Apart from the listed negatives, the evening staff at the restaurant were nice and the rooms were clean.

Pros: convenient to the airport(we walked 5 mins to the hotel), right on the beach , and close to other beaches. The resort grounds are beautiful. The room was not as old as the pictures on this site, however could use and upgrade. The room was clean. The front desk and the what I think was the head cleaning staff were nice. Cons: food and drinks was very sub par. The food and drinks could really make up for the outdated rooms. Although the room was dated, it does not reflect the pics on this site. We would have preferred to eat a meal or two at the hotel. My room was much better than the pics on this site. I wish I took pics. The tv in the room was useless. Additionally, the WiFi was extremely slow which could be an issue for those trying to work while on vacation. Workers besides the 2 noted above were not welcoming. No one was rude however they were also not welcoming. This coupled with the aforementioned issues did not make us want to spend a lot of time on the property. Although the room could be updated, it not as dated as the pictures posted. Overall it was a good stay.

Crown Point Positive Experience

Great location, great food and very friendly staff. The rooms were comfortable and access to the beach was easy. The convenience store next to the hotel was perfect for our needs. The hotel location made it easy access to the airport and no issues getting a taxi. Thanks for making our stay relaxing and enjoyable.
