When we returned, rooms were not any lower in temperature and we were advised that the hotel is fully booked and there are. No rooms to change to. Along with this, maintenance advised us that we were the only ones complaining and

Lovely find between Morcote and Lugano. Shuttle bus collected us from Lugano train station for an our 2 night stay. We had a very large room overlooking the lake. Everything was clean and well looked after. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk to Morcote or a bus/shuttle ride away from Lugano. The spa and restaurant were also of high quality.
