La chambre au prix le plus bas est assez grande et bien équipée. Mais elle est bruyante et on entend vraiment beaucoup les voisins, parler ou tousser. Le lit n'est pas très confortable non plus mais cela va encore. Par contre, la salle de bain était vraiment sale, tant la douche que les WC. Le petit-déjeuner est assez basique mais pour le prix, raisonnable. Le parking est bien et gratuit.

Very good place to stay. Large room, clean, and with some nice thoughtful details (pillows of various thickness available if you don't like the standard ones, etc.). Great breakfast and very friendly staff.

Très bon accueil , 1 chambre dans l'ancien bätiment , donnant sur rue très bruyante, sommeil impossible les 2 premières nuits!! déménagement dans l'aile plus récente sur cour : presqu'au calme. Propreté en ch. assez moyenne , mobilier quelconque , linge qqf douteux...Petit déj. assez varié , service un peu débordé...donc séjour moyen dans l'ensemble.

Door een fout in het bookingssysteem werd het hotel al voor de volgende dag gereserveerd i.p.v. de juiste datum 2 maanden later. We kregen de belofte dat - als we voor de juiste datum opnieuw zouden reserveren - er geen kosten aangerekend zouden worden. We geven de datum door. We vernemen enige tijd later dat in een weekend enkel voor 2 dagen kan gereserveerd worden. We annuleren het vorige hotel, boeken Mühlenthaler voor 2 nachten (2 kamers!). Als dit afgerond is krijgen we een mail dat ze alsnog de 80 % van de kosten verhalen omdat dit zo ook beschreven staat in de annuleringsvoorwaarden en wij kijken er naar uit u te verwelkomen. Uiteraard heb ik de nieuwe boeking onmiddellijk geannuleerd. Een belofte niet nakomen is geen vretrouwen waard!
