This place is so special. It is absolutely beautiful and the staff are incredible and so attentive. My fiancée and I stayed here mid November and the beach and water were so clean. We absolutely loved our syay at Umi tulum. The staff was so kind and accommodating, they even upgraded our room to a beautiful beach front room ! Breakfasts each morning were delicious and cooked to order. The d.j sets at 2pm each day were a great vibe. We feel so lucky to have stayed at this beautiful property.

This hotel is spectacular. When we were there, it was a little bit quiet, but that was perfect because we had a lot of one-on-one attention from the staff and they really took extra care to make sure that we were very comfortable. What I especially enjoyed was the hotel’s design: my beautiful modern spacious room, the attractive spacious dining area with a gorgeous view to the sea. The hotel staff was excellent. I really appreciated as a solo traveler the hotel and hotel staff making sure I took full advantage of the nightlife options. There were some issues inside the room that were eventually fixed. Not a big deal. Thanks to everyone from Umi for making me feel welcome and for the beautiful atmophere.

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of Tulum. You can walk to all the hotspots in South Tulum. The room was stunning, and the staff was attentive and friendly communicated via WhatsApp for all our needs during our stay, including setting up transportation to and from the airport can’t wait to be back!

Our room was the best beach view. We could walk out of our room onto the sand. There was a private room pool on our patio. All the staff was amazing. Ricardo at the front desk was so great and helpful in all our bookings. The food was so good we really only ate at the hotel. Our 6 day trip was simply perfect because of UMi hotel. I highly recomend them! Thanks to their fine staff!!

My experience at Umi Tulum was wonderful! First, the property looks exactly like the photos. Everything was incredibly clean, I was surprised of how well they cleaned the sand from our room each day! The private pool, restaurant, cafe, and beach club were all spectacular. However, the best part of our stay were the people. All of the staff were so kind and the service was top notch. Diego especially went above and beyond to make sure we had a safe and exciting trip. He kindly upgraded our room when there was a delay in having ours ready, helped us find cash, book appointments with local spas, and figure out how to get around as easily as possible. On our last day we had to rush to check out, Diego coordinated retrieving our belongings and talking with the shuttle driver to make sure we made it to the airport in time. I wasn’t able to properly thank him prior to leaving but he truly made our trip unforgettable and I am so grateful for the staff and hope to return in the future!
