What a perfect spot! The hotel is so perfectly located in Omegna. It is near the boat and the center of town. The staff were friendly and kind. we had a great room with a great view. Breakfast was served which was appreciated. The only little catch was that the internet did not work in the room. However, we went to the lobby where it worked perfectly, so it worked out. Can't say enough about how great our experiences in Omegna was at Croce Bianca.

Right beside the lake the location is perfect. Free parking with in 5 minutes walk. The staff is nice but laks a little bit of language besides Italian. The breakfast is good and has a lot choices where as the coffee could be more Italian style. We had a room with a lake view which was at night not the best choice because the main road is right under your window and it could get noisy. All in all we recomend this hotel.

Nicely situated, right where the river meets the lake. They offer free parking (or garage parking for a fair price) and then we could reach all shops and restaurants in the area on foot. The place was very clean und the staff friendly and professional. The only minus is the age of the building, that is really showing. Stuff like the worn-down reception or the old-fashioned bathroom. Or the blinds on one window that could not be closed because of some damage. But it didn't really bother us, since it was all really clean. And the room itself and its furniture looked like it was actually newer than other parts of the building.

3 day stay on Lake Orta

A beautiful location with great views of the lake and a walk around Omegna. Paid parking was close by and reasonably priced. Staff were wonderful and their associated restaurant fantastic, first rate good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was fine. Room a little dated but great value for price and very clean and spacious for the lake view room.

Nice Hotel, excellent staff, clean, central, noisy

Simple Hotel with friendly staff and amazingly large breakfast buffet. Rooms are clean and functional, however a little worn down and outdated. Bath with shower ok. Parking for Motos outside on public parking, make sure you have good locks on your bike Located in the centre a lot of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Due concerts it was noisy. Staff very friendly and helpful

A basic hotel in a beautiful location

Then hotel is basic but positioned right at the head of Lake Orta.. Uninspiring public rooms. The shower was minute and inoperable. There was an unpleasant chemical smell in the room. The breakfast was adequate with tinned fruit etc. Parking in the area is very difficult and the garage is a five minute walk away. The town has very little in the way of restaurants. In fact we found only one small pizzeria open at 7 pm!

Struttura molto comoda al centro di Omegna. Facilmente accessibili tutte le principali attività e attrazioni di questa splendida località affacciata sul lago d’Orta. Paesaggi mozzafiato e tantissime esperienze da vivere. La struttura è un po datata, ma molto curata e confortevole. La camera molto spaziosa, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort per un soggiorno di relax così come per un soggiorno di lavoro. Lo staff molto gentile, attento e professionale. Colazione di qualità discreta, variegata seppur molto classica. Il valore aggiunto è la posizione strategica e la vista direttamente sul lago

La réception est vétuste. Une odeur désagréable plane dans la chambre. L'hôtel est bien situé par rapport à la bourgade d'Omegna, mais il est très bruyant. Les places de parc à disposition sont éloignées de l'hôtel.
