Bathrooms in rooms had mold. Moved to several rooms during stay because air conditioning did not work or was extremely loud. Staff in restaurant was unfriendly and clearly hated their jobs. Furniture falling apart. Pictures online of this hotel are not the current conditions.

Bedding was dirty in the room, the carpets were stained throughout the room also. Lamps in the room were also covered in stains looked like somebody had had thrown coffee around the room. Large crack in bathroom mirror also, area around the hotel not very clean with graffiti all around the local streets train station was a 15 ish minute walk along damaged pathways with graffiti everywhere again and very dim dark streets. Not a nice area at all didn’t feel safe walking from train station to the hotel of an evening. Wouldn’t give 4 stars to this hotel if I were to choose I would give 2 stars.
3 nights we stayed and the bedding wasn’t changed but the bed was made up tidy.

The room was small and the curtains and floor all had stains on them. The bedding also had red stains on the duvet cover. The room was very warm and the air con didn't seem to work. The bathroom fan would not switch off so that ran all night. There was no plug for the bath and the bath tap didn't work. Service in the restaurant was very slow on the first night and the fish was pretty horrible. Service was much quicker on the second night though and I just ordered chips but they were good!

Estive neste hotel a mais de 10 anos, fui muito bem atendido, porém, nesta estadia o serviço caiu muito, o café da manhã, nas 3 vezes que fui foi péssimo, não havia reposição, faltava frutas, pães, croissant, ovos mexidos, varias pessoas reclamando, por duas vezes tanto a máquina de café como a de suco estavam fora de uso, alem disso, faltavam xícaras e copos, em contato com os funcionários se mostravam de extremo mau humor, cobrávamos reposição nos olhavam de cara feia e nada providenciavam, num dos dias serviram capuccino num copo de vidro por falta dê xícara. Falta organização e gerência, funcionários perdidos sem saber o que fazer. Não podem alegar que estavam lotados, um hotel deste tamanho tem a obrigação de atender a todos sem desculpas por quantidade de hóspedes.
