Muskogee Ok

Room was ver big and roomy for three people. We had a king, with a separate sleeper sofa, two tvs, bug bathroom. Breakfast is a full breakfast with many choices. Coffee pot in room and on ground floor in lobby.

I stayed here before like a month ago. My previous stay was great. But couple of things disappointed me this time. My mattress was in a pretty bad shape( Room # 204 ). I usually sleep on my back but because of the bad mattress I was forced to sleep on my side which caused a lot of discomfort the whole night. I thought of checking out the fitness center as I had some free time in the morning but unfortunately both the treadmills out there were not working :( Not a good experience this time, may not stay here again.

NEVER STAY AT THE HOTEL AGAIN...

The curtains weren't ironed in the room, the room wasn't cleaned on Thursday morning because the person said she didn't speak English when I left the room so she couldn't clean it or provide fresh towels. The phone was not working in the room, the pool was closed. The next day ants were in the room due to the rain, I was relocated to another room. Only 1 elevator was working...The lobby is BEAUTIFUL but the rooms are in need of major repair.

Won't stay there again

to park to check in wasn't very awesome. There were 4 vehicles parked under the covered parking and never moved so we had to deal with rain trying to go into hotel. The bed was super springy. We could hear kids next door to us which wasn't cool. Hot tube wasn't working which made us mad. Breakfast barely had anything good for us. Wont' stay there again.

Terrifying elevator, but clean with a good stuff

Our room was large and very comfortable. The tile work in the bathroom was pretty, but definitely could get very slick after we took a shower. The breakfast was great over the weekend, but definitely left something to be desired on our last day, which was a weekday. The elevator was downright terrifying. Only one of the two was working, and the one that was working, bounced the entire time it was going up or down. More than once as we were trying to get off, it would start bouncing again and would end tripping you. If we had not been all the way up on the top floor, I certainly would’ve taken the stairs. We also had issues with our key card to our room, it always turned green when we scanned it, but it didn’t unlock the door. Sometimes we had to try it 10 to 15 times before I would allow us into the room which was definitely annoying. Both of our keys would do this, so I’m not sure what the magical trick was to get it to work on the first time. Overall, it was a good hotel, very clean, and the staff was very friendly, we had a few issues, but nothing that would be a huge deterrent other than the elevator, which hopefully they get fixed.

12 hours on the road to disappointment

Staff was rude and unsympathetic about the fact that they gave my room away- after Booking and calling to say we would be late arrival.. also some discrepancies about not having a phone # to alert me but then providing the correct phone # to hotels.com agent and stating no answer… wow! Do better!!
