No Way!

Hotel advertised pool on Hotels.comand they hadn’t had one for Years. Terrible experience. Terrible follow up by Hotels.com Gold Team.

10/10 Exceptional

Extremely close to Nippori station and unlike all other hotels, they Rooms are big and spacious. The hotel staff always helps me by holding my luggage, or when something is shipped they bring it to my room. The night robes are confy. Many restaurant choices near by.

4/10 Fair
