Stay away from it! They have specific rules of how and when you need to contact them in advance to get a link for checking in. I contacted them several times. They never responded. I talked with hotels.com customer service. They, too, chased them but didn't hear back. Customer service told me that if I can't check in upon arrival, they will relocate me. I was so looking forward to this trip, but this experience for sure overshadowed my anticipation. Hotels.com eventually relocated us at no extra costs.
