The stay was really good. There were a few minor things that would have made it better 1. When we arrived at our rooms after our long journeys, our room keys were not activated. The lobby is not close, so it was an annoyance but not a deal breaker. 2. We should have been offered a tour of the property or at least a break down of the restaurants and their operating times, shows, etc. Or in the least where to find that info. 3. The spa prices and a bit high forJamaica

Everything about our stay was absolutely amazing. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure their guests have a memorable time. The only hiccup we ran into was 1 of our rooms was a double queen instead of a king and they were not able to correct the issue, but the room itself was still awesome!
