I was very happy with my stay at the hotel. Very clean room, nice staff, pool is very pretty and clean. The bar is a fun place to hang out. We were lucky enough that they had live music the night that we stayed. I would go back to the Bali Hai. The amount I paid for the night was the same as Expedia advertised unlike some other hotels

I did not like how you reserve a room ahead of time and it’s not ready when you get there. What’s the point of the reservation if you get there and they don’t have rooms? Then they said they would get right on it to clean them, waited an hour and the room still was not started on. Went and complained and got other rooms.

Lugar amplio, limpia las instalaciones por exención, de la habitación que nos tocó , el baño tenía sarro , lavamanos tapado durante mi estancia ,las toallas viejas picas y pércudidas. El internet fallaba mucho

Excelente lugar, demasiadas limpias las instalaciones y sobre todo muy amables. No se necesita agua caliente ya que por el calor de la tarde el agua sale demasiado tibia. Recomiendo ampliamente el lugar. 😁
