Perfect location (next to Plaza de Armas), the ALL 1st floor rooms have INCA WALL and for me, is a 2min walk to a church plus the young fellas has a STARBUCKS right there + DELICIOUS/ORGANIC breakfast😋

The location of this hotel was conveniently close to the main square. The room was very big with comfortable and clean beds. The bathroom was very spacious as well, but the bathtub seemed old due to its yellow tint on the floor and the shower missing a glass door in the back to prevent water from splashing. Other than this, the room and hotel service were great.

First and foremost I have to say that the best part was the staff, very helpful and willing to help. The young lady that checked us in even helped us with the luggage upstairs because we weren't feeling good because of the altitude. Now we move into the part that in my opinion needs major improvement. We rented the biggest room available in the hotel. My first impression was that of a room not well kept, it looked very dated and not very clean. In fact the side tables and side lamps were dusty. I didn't say anything thinking that maybe it was overlooked the last time they cleaned, but then we had them cleaned the room and everything was still the same with the exception that they made the bed and cleaned the bathroom and gave us new towels. By the way the bathroom gets messy and all wet when you shower, water all over the place. I really don't like to write reviews especially negative ones, but these are inconveniences that need to be addressed. The location was excellent, literally a few steps from plaza mayor, but I woul not stay there again.

Beautiful, clean hotel. Breakfast was very good with some continental type items and some made to order items. The staff was very helpful especially when my daughter was struggling with altitude sickness and needed oxygen. They also helped us locate a doctor to checked out.

Excellent location and massive beds. We stayed in 2 different rooms before and after our trek. Both were formed with the old wall, the first had a dehumidifier, the second didnt. Both rooms felt a bit damp. The window in the bathroom opened out onto the street. Breakfast was tasty and theyvwill do you a breakfast to go if you have an early start. Looked after our bags FOC between stays.

Great location that is walkable to many sites of interest, tons of restaurants, and markets. Walk to the bus terminal and see beautiful murals as well as historic cathedrals. Directly beside the only Starbucks we saw on our trip! Lovely staff, very accommodating. Great breakfast in the morning. Great price for the location.

Great accomodation however you can here the church bells early, so if not an early riser you will hear them. Staff was very helpful and amazing.
