Wanted to stay in St. Petersburg and this hotel was great. The location is perfect, next to restaurants and walking distance to St. Pete Pier. Great staff and way check in. The room was clean and spacious.

Staff are very kind, the location is excellent, and it is a very clean and well kept hotel. The extreme unfortunate circumstance is you can hear the people next to you through the walls. I not sure if it was only my room, but you could hear full conversations, whatever music they played or tv they watched, regardless of how low they were trying to be.

Some corners were cut with the construction and cheap fixtures used in the bathroom, but most people probably wouldn't notice that. It was a solid clean room and bathroom that could be really nice with better fixtures and a little time put into correcting some of the corners cut with the construction fit and finish.

Coffee machine but no cups. Ice buckets, but had to go to front desk for ice. AC made loud noises on and off all evening. Hard to sleep. Nice location. Staff friendly except for breakfast staff. Felt rushed and they werent attentive to us at all. Breakfast was until 930 we came at 910. Other rooms showed up after us and same complaints. This was Pride weekend. Room was double the price, you would think theyd want yiu back next year.
