It’s a shared accommodation style. The other guests were very welcoming and friendly. The owner was doing work on the outside of the building but stopped when we came so it was quiet for us. Told us good spots to eat and what to see, very helpful with any questions we had and easy to talk to.

There are no staff all communication is by internet for the price it is overpriced compared to similar the bathroom is shared. The walls are not sound proofed and conversations can be heard.the floor above you will hear them walking about as a short stay it is ok.in the price range there were no other properties avaliable

When booking I did not see it was a shared bathroom or I never would have booked this room. Walls are paper thin and front door was difficult to push open and squeaked loudly. Unfortunately our room was right across from the front door. We could hear other guests snoring and a baby crying. The floor in our room had a definite slant and no place to put a suitcase other than the floor. Because of the design of the house the window in our room was at ground level, like a basement window. I just felt uncomfortable from the moment we entered our room.

Clean and with great facilities

Unfortunately we never received the joining instructions giving us the access code but luckily the helpful parents of the owner were around and everything was sorted. It was a good half hour walk into the Grenfell Museum so not having a car was a disadvantage. Great kitchen and laundry facilities
