Never again

Nothing like photos shown on website, Stinky corridors, no toiletries in bathroom, rude staff, No fan provided in the room, very noisy street, charges £10 for unreserved parking, however the parking is free on back street (its a joke).

Avoid like the plague!

This place doesn't even live up to the phrase, "You get what you pay for". The room was basic with a TV that didn't work, the batteries on the remote were held in by electrial tape. The walls were simply painted plaster and it had more cracks than cracked paving. The aerial wire for the TV was just hanging from the wall. The bathroom was tiny, and I shared it with a spider. Fire safety doesn't exist in this hotel as fire doors (questionable at best) were propped open with door wedges, despite signs saying they must be kept closed. The room had more cobwebs, and most of the communal areas looked like they hadn't seen a duster or polish since the building was first built. The windows to the room also had what looked like mould growing on them, although it is not clear in my photo.
Windows that haven't been cleaned and have a black mould like substance to them.
Don't know what the red mark is.

Good for price

Better than I expected from a cheap hotel in Blackpool. Service was excellent. Room was clean and had facilities I needed for a few nights. Breakfast was good. Big bar area. Would stay here again.

Recommended hotel

Very Friendly Hotel and Servicing Staff very friendly and helpful. Not much Parking on site and might be a bit of a trek to find some but maybe lucky and was FREE. Good breakfast and Good Location Very enjoyable break . Stayed alot of places in Blackpool and would definitely be back here . The last two trips to Blackpool stayed at terrible hotels tbh and this one has reassured my faith in properties in Blackpool...

I really wouldnt.

Smells awful, like a public toilet. Shower didnt work, fluctuating pressure and temperature, from no flown and freezing cold to burning hot in a second... the guy "fixed" it which made very minimal difference, but I didnt have the heart, energy or will to argue with him about it. I tried to get a drink at the bar on several occasions but there was NEVER anyone there. Emergency exit used as smoking area for "staff" stinks the whole building out, which I suppose is a welcome break from the smell of toilet. The constant noise was unbarable, from inside and out, window didnt close properly and both lamps in room were broken and to top it all off nobody there when checking out... For the price, I was expecting something better, as you can easily find much better in the area for the same or less.

Not great value for money. Would of been angry if id paid more. Very small room with very inadequate facilities

2/10 Poor

Hotel old, bed broken and no staff around, unable to use bar and falicitys.

2/10 Poor

Admittedly we didn’t arrive until 9pm, but we didn’t expect to have to phone to gain access to the hotel. I requested a sea view if possible but was told there weren’t any available, yet the following morning at breakfast there seemed to be only 5 people in the hotel. The front of the hotel looked like it could do with a bit of a spruce up, front door handle broken etc, just didn’t give a welcoming appearance at all, so much so, my partner & I stayed for only 1 of our 3 nights, moving on to another hotel for the remaining 2.

Good but needs some changes

Positives- staff very friendly, bar area nice, dining room nice with a very nice breakfast. Check in/out no problems. Negatives- Family room on top floor room 1 asked for lower floor due to wifes poor mobility was asked to pay £300 extra due to being a 6 bed room ( did not take this up and struggled on) . Rooms and stairs need a good update and better organisation of room space. Room cleaned but could be better. Bathroom fittings need replacing.

The shower was awful. Staff came across and rude and abrupt. The car park was no existent. Not disable friendly at all
Courtney, 1-night trip

Oh dear

Worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. Cable wire but no tv. Wall paper hanging off. Couldn't take a shower because of exposed wires hanging out of the system. A towel rail covered in rust that was unusable. Drawers that were so disgusting it was not worth unpacking your clothes. Hotels.com failed massive on this one.
