the property was in great condition, our host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. My friend forgot his airpods there and we already flew out ro a different country but the host offered to send them to us and we got the air pods back. I truly appreciated your kindness and assistance.
what we did not like: the building security personels (main gate entrance) was extremely rude, being disrespectful to everybody from clients to taxi driver. We noticed they yelled at almost everybody from taxi drivers to people who stayed there for the first time and not knowing where to go, front gate security not only cant speak a lick of English also cussing in Vietnamese at foreigners. Yes im fluent in Vietnamese. The fact that the security was being rude at the homeless lady and the street cleaner left such bad taste in our mouth. Our stay was 4.8/5. Security should get -10/5
