Brilliant hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Food and cocktails from the bar were brilliant (Denis the bar man in particular was a real asset to the hotel) In terms of location, its out the way of the craziness of the Reeperbahn and city centre which we saw as a real bonus, but the train station is just at the end of the street which made traveling in to sightsee very easy.

Amazing breakfast buffet!

I had a perfect stay at the NYX Hotel! Nice atmosphere, the room interior was well balanced and comfortable, the bathroom was modern and fresh, the bed was perfectly firm and the pillows were just as soft as I wanted them, and in addition to all this, the amazing breakfast buffet and candy in the lobby. 10/10 would recommend and visit again!

The hotel is located in an easy accessible are with 2 stations nearby including one that has a link to the airport. There is too much directly in the area for food, drinks and shopping but with the easy transport links you are never far away. The staff are extremely helpful and the hotel is extremely clean, modern and nice. The only slight negative I would have is that I visited during a warm spell in the city and the air conditioning wasn't that powerful and unfortunately didn't cook down the room that much

We arrived kinda late so I can’t say if the surrounding is convenience or not. However, the hotel was very chic and nice. It is located in a quiet area and It’s close to a gas station. You can get some drinks and food. But it does close at night so be aware of the closing time. ( Even though the entrance is closed, there was still a window with staff handling the gas payment though.) We were thinking of picking up some soda and snacks there but ended up getting them at the hotel. We spent a night there and walked to the train station area. It was quite a view.

Fint hotel med en ok beliggenhed. Der var ikke nogen rigtig dør ind til badeværelset, men kun en glasdør, der ikke kan lukkes helt til. Ellers var hotellet fint og rent.

Rigtig lækkert hotel

Alt var godt fantastisk personale. Eneste ulempe er at det ikke er muligt at reservere parkeringsplads, dette er meget træls da der heller ikke er ennhandicapparkeringsplads. Ellers virkelig lækkert hotel

Das Hotel wirkt sehr neu und ist modern, Tendenz jugendlich eingerichtet. Das Zimmer war ausreichend gross, um den Koffer übers Wochenende aufgeklappt zu lassen. Angenehm grosses Bett mit guter Matratze, tolles Bad, Dusche mit Wasserfall, minimale Stufe, so dass das Wasser nicht das ganze Bad flutet, gute Lösung. Das Bad verfügt über genügend Ablageflächen für zwei Personen. Drei schnelle Aufzüge schaffen die Bewohner zügig in die oberen Stockwerke. Die Lage ist gut, S-Bahn und Bus in zwei Fußminuten erreichbar. Das führt dazu, dass das Hotel von Gästen gut angenommen wird. Engpass ist dann der grosse Frühstücksraum, der zur allgemeinen Frühstückszeit komplett voll war. Das Frühstückspersonal war komplett überfordert, kam mit Abräumen nicht nach, kam mit Neu-Eindecken nicht nach. Der einzige? Wischlappen lag neben dem sauberen Besteck, da hatte man schon keinen Lust mehr, sich selbst zu helfen. Dabei war das Frühstücksangebot sehr gut, separate Eierstation, sonst Buffet mit eigentlich allem.

Peut mieux faire

Hôtel très sympa au look moderne pop et bien décoré parties communes très attractives et agréables , des attentions avec distributeur de bonbons et amandes, bananes séchées. Petit déjeuner délicieux et très copieux mais emplacement très excentré éviter les déplacements à pieds sans intérêt préférer le métro à qqs mètres de l’hôtel pour aller se promener ou dîner . Le ménage est fait à la demande sur le papier car ni par la tablette ni par l’indication sur la porte n’a permis d’avoir le ménage fait… c’est vraiment dommage. Par ailleurs nous donnions sur la rue avec des travaux conséquents et nombreux désagréments du soir tard au matin très tôt. Bref peut mieux faire…

Superbra, trevligt och skojigt hotell! Särskilt för det billiga priset?? Mysig och kitschig lobby. Supertrevlig och hjälpsam personal. Skön säng, stor TV med streaming. Styrbar air conditioner. Fräsch toa och dusch med helt okej tryck. Frukosten var ljuvlig! God äggröra och alltid plus för pannkakor. Området är lugnt, och smidigt nära S-Bahn och buss, och bara en station från Haupti. Kommer bo här igen!

Fint hotel, men svært at lade elbilen

Vi havde en enkelt overnatning i Hamborg på vej mod Italien. Hotellet ligger fint og er nemt at finde – dog lidt bøvlet at komme til på grund af vejarbejde i området. Der er tilknyttet parkeringshus, men det er dårligt skiltet, så vi måtte have hjælp fra receptionen for at finde det. Personalet var heldigvis søde og viste os vejen. Parkeringen kostede 25 euro, og man skal være heldig for at få en plads – især sidst på dagen. Vi havde valgt hotellet netop fordi, der var mulighed for opladning af elbil. Der var flere ladere, men de var stort set alle optaget – og den eneste ledige kunne vi ikke få til at virke. Personalet vidste intet om ladestanderne, og vi brugte lang tid på at få det til at virke. Det lykkedes først sent om aftenen, og opladningen var desuden ret dyr. Det var frustrerende og noget, man som elbilist skal være opmærksom på. Selve hotellet var flot og pænt, og værelset var stort, lyst og rent. Vi fik både babyseng og blespand uden at skulle betale ekstra – virkelig god stil. Sengen var dejlig, blød uden at være for blød, og det var muligt at købe drikkevarer i baren og tage dem med på værelset – en lille luksus, der gjorde det ekstra hyggeligt. Morgenmadsbuffeten var uden sammenligning den bedste, jeg har fået på et hotel. Der blev lavet røræg, omeletter og spejlæg efter ønske, og udvalget var stort. En lidt træt mand stod for æggene og talte kun tysk – han virkede ikke særlig imødekommende, men han var den eneste på hele hotellet, der ikke var både venlig og s

Kan varmt anbefale hotellet

Lækkert hotel, der gør noget ekstra for at føle sig velkommen som gæst. Elsker chokoladen og frugten, det stod klar til os på værelset. Sengene virkelig gode. Og helt fantastik morgenmad. Venligt personale. Kommer 100 procent igen, når vi skal til Hamborg.

Nydelig hotell og frokost

Veldig fint hotell, med mye artig, moderne og pen kunst. Fint og stort rom. Frokosten var himmelsk og man har DET utvalget, men det kostet 20€ pr person om man skulle bestille frokost på hotellet noe vi syntes var veldig dyrt for en frokost så sørg for å booke rom med frokost da det er billigere. Men jeg ga totalt sett 4 stjerner da de som jobber i resepsjonen ikke virket imøtekommende og du hørte aldri et hei/hadet og de smilte ikke.
