Had an awesome stay, though its not 4star rated, however when there was any issues the Team at Ivory Inn ensured it was dealt with. Even Manager assisted in giving us a long stay discount. Mall, factories outlets was do close by. Bus stop and Metro stations nearby. Restaurants and take away so close. Very lovely experience witj my husband ❤️

My experience at this hotel has been extremely disappointing. I’ve been staying for almost two weeks, and the level of professionalism is the worst I’ve ever seen. The rooms are not clean, and although the housekeeping staff are kind and do their best, the reception team is incredibly rude and unhelpful. travel often, and I’ve never encountered such poor customer service. Definitely would not recommend staying here.

There is night club downstairs , arrived after midnight could hear boom sound of music from the room . Stayed in a one bedroom apartment. Zero plates or cutlery zero milk or sugar to make simple cup of tea. My room was in poor condition. Wardrobe did not open and close easily. Bathroom shower enclosures were in need of repair. Water leaked all over floor. Internet connection was spotty. Hotel was going through renovations in dining room.

Dirty smelling. Dust layers above wall unit. Freezer frozen closed. No housekeeping fur days. Sheets had holes and rust marks on pillow cases. Showers spray all over. No kitchen utensils or items to utilize kitchen. I could only sleep one night out of 20 as my allergies would not allow. Hotel would NOT refund even though I asked after only a few days as I am totally UNSATISFIED with their accommodations. DO NOT STAY HERE.
